Legal assistance in official matters

As a representation in administrative matters, a legal adviser as a professional representative is entitled to act on behalf of his client before government and local government administration bodies called offices. The most common cases include representation before the Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution, Local Government Appeal Court and also municipal authorities such as the commune head, mayor and city president.

Administrative law is a very broad concept. There are many cases when the administrative procedure precedes legal proceedings. Matters which were initially pending before the administrative body may then have their final in the common court in the civil department.

In the event of an unfavorable settlement or a negative settlement, the legal counsel as a professional representative is entitled to prepare and support a complaint before an administrative court. For this purpose, as in other cases, it is necessary for the Client to grant an appropriate power of attorney, which the legal advisor will hold in front of the relevant public administration bodies.
