As part of running our Law Office we represent clients’ interests in cases before common courts as well as in administrative proceedings. As professional representatives we are entitled to representation and participation in court hearings from the client’s authority. As a result, the client gains significant assistance in conducting the court trial, which increases his chances of obtaining a favorable solution in the case.
As part of representation before courts and administrative authorities, the client receives appearance at meetings and submitting pleadings at every stage of the proceedings. We also offer appearance at hearings in courts and offices throughout Poland. While conducting a lawsuit, we offer to file a petition, appeal or cassation appeal to the Supreme Court. We also provide legal support before the Provincial Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
We specialize in debt collection and recovery of unpaid debts, damages and other benefits. We represent clients in security and enforcement proceedings. As part of the procedures resulting from the Code of Commercial Companies, we offer a full representation in registration proceedings before the National Court Register.
